Stress is the Bogeyman of contemporary society. It lurks everywhere and we are deathly afraid of it. Yet, so few people have a true understanding of what stress is, what creates it, and how to relieve it. People don’t know exactly what the nebulous term "stress" means; they just know they want to avoid it. Stress is basically our body’s physiological reaction to outside forces that affect us negatively.
